Free 15-minute welcome call
The first step is a short call. It is a chance to ask questions, briefly discuss what you are looking for help with, and decide whether Kiune feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to continue.
The journey
Knowing what to expect can make starting therapy feel more manageable. Here is how working together usually unfolds, from first enquiry to ongoing sessions.
The first step is a short call. It is a chance to ask questions, briefly discuss what you are looking for help with, and decide whether Kiune feels like the right fit. There is no pressure to continue.
Early sessions explore your current difficulties, how they affect daily life, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This shared understanding gives us a clear, gentle starting point.
Therapy is collaborative and structured. We agree goals together, so the work stays focused on what matters most to you and feels meaningful.
CBT may involve noticing patterns, testing new responses and building practical skills between sessions, so progress continues in everyday life, not only in the room.
Hannah may integrate Compassion Focused Therapy where helpful, especially for self-criticism, shame, pressure or a harsh inner voice, supporting a kinder relationship with yourself.
Therapy is mainly offered online by secure video call, with limited in-person sessions available in Port Erin.
